  Rustica Steakhouse is so much more than your average restaurant. It is an incredibly rare culinary adventure and an exemplary service oriented experience that serves only the top 0.3% Alberta AAA beef. I ordered my son a vodka martini, which was made to perfection. We started with delectable homemade bread, served with lovely sweet butter and basil butter, followed by superb Ceasar salad. We all ordered blue rare 10 oz. grande filet mignon. It was the most tender and flavourful beef you could ever imagine, almost buttery in texture. It's no wonder that they were voted best beef in Alberta. The sides were perfect as was the presentation of every course. Coffee and dessert were fabulous. We ordered Baileys Creme Brule and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The service is absolutely top shelf. Make reservations. We managed to get a later evening sitting the same day. The views of the mountains from the restaurant are breathtaking, as is the restaurant itself. Excellent value for a vastly superior culinary experience.

  The perfect place to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The mountain views are breath taking. The dining room is romantic and beautiful. Corn chowder was amazing. Steaks were perfectly cooked. We cut them with butter knives. And the desserts oh the desserts. Wow. Well done Rustica Staff. Well done.

  Surrounded by friendly staff, the food was wonderful. Ask for Windows seat if you can and enjoy the wonderful view.
